We have now launched the Lambda 2.0 whitelist. This article will walk you through the whitelist process + provide further insights on what it means to be whitelisted!
What does it mean to be whitelisted?
The only way that you will be able to acquire LMDA tokens before they hit an open market is via the Lambda 2.0 token portal.
Whitelisted participants will have their 5 SOL (~$70 USD) turn into 10 SOL (~$140 USD) LMDA credit in their token portal. After participation in the token portal, tokens can be used to access Lambda 2.0 and its features. Spots available on the whitelist will be increased in-line with demand.
Why 5 SOL?
A payment of 5 SOL is required to secure a whitelist position. Being whitelisted before the IDO has a lot more value than the SOL itself as we’ve briefly shown already.
- It contributes directly towards a position in the IDO — Whitelisted participants will have their 5 SOL (~$70 USD) turn into a 10 SOL (~$140 USD) LMDA credit in their token portal.
- Whitelist positions will be rewarded — more details to follow 😉
- For foundational members — a whitelist position makes you eligible for the foundational NFT mint later in H1 2023.
Think of it as a way to reward those that are supporting us from the beginning. This SOL effectively remains yours as it directly contributes to your IDO/token portal position.
The Whitelist Process
To get started visit: https://launch.lambda.markets — from here, there are four steps required to secure your whitelist spot.
Step 1: Connect Wallet
We recommend using a Phantom wallet, you can migrate from Sollet here.
If you’ve not already got a Solana wallet, you can find out how to setup and fund a phantom wallet here:
Once you’ve funded your Solana wallet with 5.05 SOL (0.05 just to make sure the network fee is covered) — you’ll be able to complete step 1.
Step 2: Join the discord server
You’ll see two buttons here, ‘JOIN’ and ‘VERIFY’.
Make sure that you are logged-in to your discord account and then click the ‘JOIN’ button. This should direct you to the discord application.
After you’ve successfully joined the server, you’ll then need to click on the ‘VERIFY’ button to complete this step. This should direct you to an authorisation page, we need this to create a whitelist profile for you!
Troubleshooting (Step 2):
- Turn ad-blockers off so that the ‘JOIN’ and ‘VERIFY’ buttons can work properly. Some users get stuck if they have ad-blockers enabled in their browser for example, brave shield.
- If you’re having issues with this step, please try a different browser (this has helped most) or alternatively raise a ticket in the discord and we can walk you through the issue.
Step 3: Follow the Twitter page
You’ll see a ‘FOLLOW’ button here, click this button to authorise your Twitter account and follow the Lambda Markets page
Authorising the application will only have you auto-follow the Lambda account, we will not do anything else with your account!

Step 4: Complete registration
You’ll see a ‘JOIN’ button here in the panel, DO NOT click this button.
Instead, navigate to the top-centre of the page and click the large orange button that will now be highlighted. Here is where the application will ask for a payment of 5 SOL to complete the registration. Once you approve the transaction and payment is made, you’ve secured a whitelist position!
Troubleshooting (Step 4):
- If you’ve reached step 4 and the 5 SOL payment has been taken from your wallet, you are granted a whitelist position. There may be some people who do not receive the animation at the end for a mixture of reasons, but rest assured, if payment has been made — you are in!

Timeline
The whitelist will remain open until 00:00 UTC on December 21st. After this time, the Lambda 2.0 Portal will go live to the public.
